Mandatory Internship - Assistant to the CFO (f/m/d)

The 27km Family is offering - starting in April 2025 - a paid internship as a full-time management assistant in the CFO's team in Hamburg. We will provide you with all the insights you need for the successful behind-the-scenes management of a large and international advertising film production company. You'll be working in a small, great team for a great, big family and can make your input count.

• Direct support of the management in projects and day-to-day business
• Organizational and content-related preparation of appointments and meetings
• Correspondence with business partners
• Support in HR topics (e.g. contract creation, HR processes, etc.)
• Support in the preparation of analyses and presentations
• Taking on your own areas of responsibility

• 4 - 6 months time for an internship, preferably a compulsory internship during your studies
• Initial work experience, especially in management, finance or HR is welcome but not a prerequisite
• Interest in the media sector is an advantage
• Sense of responsibility
• Organizational talent & motivation
• Willingness to learn & independence
• Very good to epic skills in the area of Office programs (Word/Pages, Keynote/Powerpoint, Excel & Google Drive)
• Teamwork as a skill
• Communication skills and appearance tiptop
• English spoken and written
• Ongoing Studies in economics, human resources, psychology, management or similar
• Creative, quick and solution-oriented mind with a hands-on gene -> simply hands-on
